Visual Merchandising Supervisor / Senior Visual Merchandising Executive

We are seeking a passionate and talented Visual Merchandising Supervisor/ Senior Visual Merchandising Executive to oversee and maintain the brand image across stores in Hong Kong & Macau regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring creativity and innovation to life through captivating visual displays and seasonal decorations.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Regional Visual Merchandising Team and HKMO Direct Retail Team to execute creative window and VM concepts in stores for two brands: KENT & CURWEN and CERRUTI 1881. 

Design and implement window displays, VM campaigns, and in-store product showcases that capture customers' attention and reflect our brands' style.

Regularly develop and execute store decoration plans and new product displays to maintain a fresh and engaging shopping environment.

Create seasonal and thematic displays that align with holidays, events, and marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Plan and execute display prop designs, sampling, and installation for two seasons annually and major holidays, collaborating with suppliers to ensure flawless project execution and presentation.

Manage the layout and installation of lightbox posters for two seasons throughout the year.

Demonstrate strong project coordination and management skills to ensure timely and effective execution of visual merchandising initiatives.

Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends and design techniques to ensure our stores remain visually competitive.

Job Requirements: 

Higher Diploma or above in Visual Communications Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related role.

Strong visual design skills and knowledge of merchandising principles.

Familiarity with the latest design trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality visual presentations.

Ability to adapt to business trips within mainland China HQ and a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
