Cigarette Business Officer/Assistant 捲煙業務專員/助理

What we expect from you:

Assist the Cigarette Department in handling business & sales administration with the details as follows:
 

• Handle sales analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with suppliers on the purchase order
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure the smoothness of the delivery
• Handle the ERP system to ensure data accuracy, sort and file business documents regularly
• Annual sales target formulation, sales-task communication and implementation
• Handle full set of import & export sales, logistics and related documents
• Develop new customers and new channels in the cigarette business

• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
   

How we imagine you:

• Bachelor's degree or above (proficiency in Spanish and Business English is preferred)
• With experiences in Tobacco business, Import and Export Trading, International Logistic related field are preferrable.
• Good data sensitivity and analysis skills
• Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Professional speaking and written skills in both Chinese and English, preferably fluent in Mandarin

工作職責：

協助捲煙營運部處理業務及銷售相關行政工作，具體內容如下:

• 產品銷售分析及報告撰寫
• 與供應商緊密溝通，及時完成訂單收集、匯總及上報
• 與供應商和客戶緊密聯繫，確保貨物按時按質交付
• 熟練運用ERP系統，定期完成業務資料歸檔和資料分析
• 年度銷售目標制定及銷售任務溝通執行
• 獨立處理全套銷售及物流單證
• 捲煙業務新客戶、新渠道拓展

• 處理上級安排的其他臨時性工作
   

崗位要求：

• 大學本科及以上學歷（西班牙語及商務英語優先）
• 具備煙草業務，進出口貿易、國際物流或相關領域經驗者優先
• 對數字具有高敏感度，具備較好的數據分析能力
• 責任心強，成熟，溝通能力強，良好的人際交往能力
• 具備良好的中英文書寫和語言表達能力，普通話流利者優先
