Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Handle group consolidation in accordance with IFRS/HKFRS and coordinate with finance teams of Group subsidiaries for consolidation
• Responsible for month-end closing and preparing relevant schedules to support group consolidation
• Manage and coordinate statutory annual audit and preparation of financial statements and annual regulatory returns
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit execution and timely completion
• Drive improvements in consolidation and reporting automation
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• CPA qualification or equivalent is an advantage. Student members of professional bodies are also welcomed
• 4+ years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, ideally in a listed company or MNC
• Strong understanding of IFRS/HKFRS
• Proficient in MS Office applications. SAP experience is highly preferred, but not a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work across teams
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
