I.T. System Administrator

• Manage and support Microsoft Windows servers and VMware environment
• Maintain and deploy application, software and hardware upgrades to the servers and sites
• Manage the inventory control of hardware and software
• Perform daily I.T. technical support to Group's end users, and co-ordinate with sub-branch I.T. colleagues  (Knowledge in remote support tools（Remote desktop, Anydesk, Teamviewer etc.))
• Setup, install and maintain company hardware and software (workstations and necessary peripheral devices (network switch, printers etc.)
• Knowledge in Windows server, Email server and client, PC, NAS, LAN / WAN and inter-networking equipment
• Perform Windows, system setup and daily data backup (Veeam Backup), software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks.
• Respond to investigate IT issues and provide solution in timely manner to be ready for reporting to supervisor.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports including but not limited to manuals, test guides, project plans and work breakdowns
• Other Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor
• I.T. oversea audit trip (if required)

Qualification and Job Requirements

• High Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in computing and networking
• At least 3 years or above I.T. working experience and supports an enterprise environment
• A certificate holder of MTA / MCP (Windows Server Administrations, Networking and Security Fundamentals) or above MCSA / MCSE is a preferable advantage
• Experience with Cisco ASA firewall, Fortigate Firewall and Barracuda Email Security Gateway
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a preferable advantage
• Strong of diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, dynamics, enthusiastic, detail-minded, and responsible
• Understanding of common network protocols.
• Good in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
• Good in Email troubleshooting experience (IBM Domino / IBM Notes is a preferable advantage)
