Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales initiatives targeting cross-border e-commerce merchants and FBA supply chain customers.
- Promote Yun Express logistics solutions originating from both China and Hong Kong.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while expanding new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, especially regarding the latest U.S. customs policies, and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, customer insights, and market analysis regularly.
Requirements
5years+ of sales experience in the express/ logistics/ forwarder industry (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or similar B2B background preferred).
Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics, particularly FBA supply chain operations.
Good communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, capable of working independently
Strong independent problem-solving skills are a must.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Willingness to travel and adaptable to flexible working hours.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
