What You'll Do:

• Responsible for receiving, organizing and labelling of orders and products.
• Support the sales team in inter-departmental follow ups and clerical duties.
• Liaise with warehouse team on stock availability and may be required to perform physical and quality checks.
• Responsible in replying non-sales related emails.
• Occasionally taking phone calls from customers and delivering messages to related them members.
• Work closely with the Team Assistant in ad-hoc tasks and reports.

What You Have:

• 1yr or more of experience of admin related jobs
• Good computer skills, including MS office and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Logical thinker with a can do attitude
• Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to easily execute multiple tasks and challenging priorities with strong attention to detail
