SALES & MARKETING MANAGER [REF. S&MM-UK]

• Degree holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
• At least 9 years' progressive experience in sales and marketing
• To be responsible for the sales & marketing of overseas properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including creating comprehensive campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, attract potential buyers and generate sales leads
• Explore and cultivate new business opportunities / untapped markets to increase buyer engagement and drive sales growth while building strong relationship with agents and business partners
• Conduct thorough market research & analysis and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential market segments to boost sales and marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing and operations for optimal business outcomes
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management review to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
• At least 9 years' progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably with in-depth understanding and demonstrated success in UK real estate sector
• A self-motivated good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in high pressure environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good command of Putonghua
