Job Specifications :
  • To provide administrative support to sales team such as quotation, sales orders, invoicing and payment follow up.
  • To coordinate service arrangements for customers with warehouse team and engineer for the delivery, installation, and inspection request.
  • To handle customers enquiry including sales and services for sales team
  • To monitor sales orders and service progress for the team manager
  • To handle filing and scanning of relevant documents
  • To assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
  • DSE (Form 5) graduated or above
  • Minimum 3-year working experience in admin/sales/customer service field
  • Good command of computer skills such as Windows, and MS Office
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Customer-Oriented, friendly, supportive, and cooperative characteristics are highly preferrable
