Administrative Officer, Registry (Ref.: 25/147/REG/AO)


Duties:
The appointee will play a vital role in supporting the operations of the Registry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Registration and Record Management:

    • Coordinate student registration processes and maintain accurate student enrollment records.
    • Handle updates related to student status, course changes, and withdrawal processes.
  • Assessment and Graduation:

    • Assist in organizing examinations, and the preparation of academic transcripts.
    • Facilitate graduation processes, including the preparation of graduation certificates and the support of ceremonies.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulations related to academic administration.
    • Assist in the development and review of Registry policies and procedures.
  • General Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the Registry team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems.

Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should have (a) a recognised Bachelor’s degree; (b) at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; (c) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (d) proficiency in computer applications.


Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
