職位描述:

作為銷售團隊成員,您將負責開發新客戶、維護現有客戶關係,並通過有效的銷售策略提升公司營業額及市場佔有率。您需要具備出色的溝通能力、銷售技巧及客戶管理經驗,並能夠獨立制定銷售計劃及執行。此外,您將與內部團隊緊密合作,確保客戶需求得到及時滿足,並為公司創造長期價值。

工作內容:

  1. 新客戶開發與業務拓展:

    • 開發區域內新客戶及合作夥伴,提升營業額及利潤

    • 跟進公司分配的客戶(包括客戶查詢及展會客戶)

    • 根據銷售政策,制定銷售目標及營銷計劃

    • 準備並提交計劃書,增加現有客戶產品銷售

  2. 客戶管理與跟進:

    • 管理區域內客戶的所有事項,包括安排送貨、跟進安裝、處理報價及進行現場評估

    • 為客戶提供專業意見,完成文件流程(如簽約、新客資料表、收取按金等)

    • 為客戶提供產品培訓,確保客戶能安全操作設備及產品

    • 定期進行服務拜訪,檢查客戶設備及環境衛生

    • 處理客戶流失情況,協調收機事宜

    • 跟進客戶收款,減少逾期欠款及壞帳

  3. 客戶及合作夥伴關係維護:

    • 保持與客戶及合作夥伴的溝通,減少客戶流失

    • 爭取客戶引薦,擴大市場佔有率
