Key Account Executive (Seafreight)

Take responsibility of the customer experience by managing the customers’ international supply chain in coordination with relevant stakeholders;
Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities;
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level and build operational knowledge

Requirements:

• University graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution

• Or holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree with minimum 2 years working experience in logistics industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)

• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• High willingness to accept responsibility and drive results
• Ability to work with a high number of teams internationally and internal stakeholders on various projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
