What you'll be doing

• Promote the plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.
• Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
• Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
• Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 2 years of sales experiences within the building material industry. Candidate with strong customer service experiences will also be considered.
• High diploma or above, prefer in marketing or engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
