Brand Representative & Sales

About the role

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Brand Sales Executives or Sales Trainees to join our growing team at Coltex Furnishing Limited, a leading provider of high-quality furniture solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our North Point showroom. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best materials solutions
2. Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
3. Closing sales and processing orders efficiently
4. Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Attending product training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest offerings
7. Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve store and company-wide targets

What we're looking for

1. A passion for sales and customer service
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
5. A keen interest in the interior industry and a desire to learn
6. Some sales experience or relevant qualifications would be an advantage
