Shop Manager – Luxury Fashion

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the day-to-day shop operations including the manpower arrangement, reports, monthly roster, customer service quality, shop display and VM display
• Lead and motivate the shop sales team to achieve the company goal
• Strong in training and standardization of service skills and product knowledge of front-line staff
• Work closely with marketing team for the marketing activities and maintain good communication with the office colleagues
• Fully understanding of the luxury consumers and able to meet their needs and expectations are essential
• Address the customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in Ad hoc events and promotion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience and candidates from any retail industries with high quality service standard are welcomed
• Proactive, result-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good management and coaching skills
• Strong fashion sense and have knowledge in fashion trend
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
