Gelato Shop Assistant 店務員（全職/兼職）

Responsibilities 職責

• Assist in process gelato ingredients and prepare fresh gelato and sorbet daily as needed, following recipes
  協助處理意式雪糕食材，並依照每日實際需求按食譜準備意式雪糕，雪葩等產品

• Operate, clean and maintain gelato machiner
  使用、清潔和保養意式雪糕機

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the shop and kitchen
  維持店內與廚房的整體清潔

• Manage the cashier counter and provide excellent customer service
  管理收銀櫃檯，並提供優質顧客服務

• Scoop ice cream, brew  coffee and tea drinks
  𢳂取雪糕、沖調咖啡、茶類飲料

• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items
  監控庫存水平，並及時通知主管庫存不足的食材

Requirements 要求

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in Café dessert shop (student, fresh graduate also welcomed)
  1-2 年Cafe甜品店工作經驗優先 (歡迎學生，應屆畢業生應徵)

• Pleasant, passionate about food and cooking
  積極主動，性格開朗，對餐飲業抱有熱情

• Work independently and able to work as part of a team
  能夠獨立工作，同時也可以適應團隊合作

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
  流利粵語，基本英語及普通話
