Full Time/ Part Time Barista (Contract End 31.12.26) 全職/ 兼職咖啡師 (合約期至2026年12月31日)

Summary背景

We are hiring a barista to join our café team at one of our partners offices in Central, which will serve coffee, tea, and baked items to the office staff, as well as provide training for formerly homeless individuals.

我們現正為位於中環的咖啡團隊招聘咖啡師，該團隊為辦公室人員提供咖啡、飲品和烘焙食品，並為曾有無家經驗的人士提供培訓。

Job Duties 職責:

●       Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day;

工作時間：星期一至五，每天9小時

●       Make good coffee & other non-coffee drinks;

製作優質咖啡及非咖啡飲品

●       Deliver excellent all-round customer service;

提供全面的顧客服務

●       Serving customers and introducing our menu;

接待客人及介紹飲品/食物

●       Cleaning the seating area and bar area;

清潔咖啡吧及樓面位置

●       Preparing and serving food;

預備及供應食物

●       Perform other related duties as assigned.

主管指派的其他工作

Requirements 要求:

●       1 year or above working experience as Barista

最少1年或以上咖啡師工作經驗

●       Strong English and Cantonese communications skills are required

良好英語及廣東話的溝通能力

●       Hands-on experience with coffee machines of make and models

具有操作不同牌子及型號的咖啡機經驗

●       Hands-on experience with POS system

具有POS 系統經驗

●       Ability to work independently and in a team

能獨立工作並擔任團隊工作

●       Compassionate and empathetic to the situation of the homeless and the underprivileged in Hong Kong
