Ceramic Technical & Product Lead (Dental) (Station in Vietnam)

Job Duties:

• 統籌，監督，管理牙科固定產品的全流程，包括工藝，材料，產品質量，員工技能等。
  Oversee, supervise, and manage the entire process of Fixed products line, including process, materials, quality, and skills.

• 解決陶瓷生產中的技術問題，優化製程方案。
  Solve technical problems in ceramic production and optimize process plans.

• 穩定成品質量，確保符合出廠標準。
  Stabilize finished product quality to ensure it meets the standards

• 與其他部門協作，改進材料，設備的使用和生產效率。
  Collaborate with other teams to improve material and equipment use and production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 需要駐守越南。
  This role will require stationing in Vietnam.

• 5年以上瓷部操作經驗。
  5+ years of experience in ceramic work

• 具備 2 - 3 年的訓練和指導工作經驗，能耐心指導團隊成員。
  Have 2 - 3 years of training and coaching experience and can guide teams patiently.

• 熟悉多種牙科陶瓷品牌材料的特性和使用（如 Vita, Ivoclar 等）。
  Be familiar with the properties and uses of multiple dental ceramic brand materials (such as Vita, Ivoclar, etc.).

Preferred:

• 能用中文和英文進行工作溝通。如果還會越南語則更佳。
  Can communicate in Chinese and English. If knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
