About the role

Tecstar Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sha Tin District. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for leading and developing our local distribution efforts, playing a critical role in the overall success of our organisation. What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the local distribution channels
• Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base
• Fostering strong relationships with key accounts and partners
• Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within the local distribution industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Familiarity with the local distribution landscape and customer base
• Higher diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
