eCommerce Specialist / Officer

What you’ll be doing?

· Oversee daily activities on e-Commerce platforms & project administration in an accurate and timely manner.

· Deliver exceptional account servicing, addressing clients’ inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high clients’ satisfaction levels.

· Coordinate with various internal and external parties to implement the best class of digital & e-Commerce projects as a team.

· To coordinate and execute on eCommerce activities & prepare presentation materials.

Who are we looking for?

· Diploma or above, or related 1-2 years working experience in Ecom / Digital / Agency account service experience. More experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive or Account Manager.

· A proactive problem solver and fluency in Mandarin, English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

· Proficiency in digital, eCommerce and SEO.

· Detail-minded, sensible of urgency, budget control, and able to priorities multiple assignments towards deadline.

· Candidate with hand-on experience managing eCommerce platforms as bonus point.
