职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in handling daily business-related affairs
  2. Assist in promoting project business planning, price bargaining and contract negotiation
  3. Responsible for drafting and sending business-related letters, applications, contracts, etc.
  4. Assist in applying for regional payments, invoice receipts, data maintenance and other related matters

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business or related discipline
  2. 1-3 years of business/finance related work experiences
  3. Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  4. Have strong organizational coordination, planning management skills
  5. Have good judgment and decision-making ability, and be able to handle and respond to emergencies under pressure
  6. Strong communication skills, able to handle external liaison reception work
  7. Familiar with using MS Office Tools
  8. Experience in the IT related firms sector would be an advantage

崗位職責:

  1. 協助處理商務相關的日常工作事務
  2. 協助推動專案商務策劃、合約洽談和談判及達成
  3. 負責起草及寄收商務相關的信函、各項申請、合約等
  4. 協助申請大區付款、發票收據、系統錄入等相關事項

職位要求:

  1. 學士或以上學歷,商科專業
  2. 1-3年商務/財務相關工作經驗
  3. 具備熟練的中文(廣東話及普通話)、英文的聽讀寫能力
  4. 具備較強的組織協調、計劃管理能力及較高的職業素養
  5. 具備較好的判斷力和決策能力,在壓力下能夠處理和應對突發事情
  6. 溝通能力強,能夠勝任外聯接待工作
  7. 熟悉使用MS Office工具
  8. 具有 IT 相關公司領域的工作經驗者優先
