Job Nature:
This position is a key supporting role for sales revenue growth by improving clients post performance , providing digital solutions for performance projects to achieve better ROI and increase successful rate in client project pitching.
Key Duties :
- Manage clients’ projects including define deliverables, prepare project schedules, client pitching, proposal and presentation deck
- Coordinating internal resources, campaign launch etc.
- Provide digital solutions (Retargeting solution , growth plan etc.)
- Ensure daily client-related projects and activities are executed flawlessly and efficiently
- Responsible for full spectrum of day-to-day account servicing duties
- Assist in any assigned ad hoc projects
- Generate regular Client / CS reports / Market Share reports for performance analysis
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Over 3-5 years experience in digital projects and editorial content development
- Strong understanding of online publishing and digital platform
- Good presentation and client servicing skills
- Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
