职位描述

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to Directors & his team;
  • Manage meeting schedules and traveling plans;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties;
  • Support on preparing agenda, minutes, presentations and proposals;
  • Maintain the accuracy of project information management system;
  • Assist Director to prepare fee proposal and tender submission;
  • Assist Director to monitor the contract status and project progress;
  • Any ad hoc tasks as required.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • 1-2 years solid experience in relevant discipline;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
  • Responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented & willing to work in fast-paced working environment;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
