Responsibilities :
- Act as a central coordination point to communicate, liaise, coordinate and manage the training project status with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and review project progress to ensure on-time training delivery and service quality
- Perform the administrative support, such as schedule management, drafting proposals and reports, evaluation analysis, documentation etc.
- Attend project related meetings, events, and seminars
- Assist on ad hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Information Management and Technology, or other related disciplines with six (6) months or more years of relevant working experience
- Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
- Proactive, and willing to deal with people in different levels
- Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Candidates with less experience and with a positive attitude will also be considered
