Contract Technical Assistants (Building Services)

We are a reputable B.S. Contractor executing electrical maintenance and ancillary services for major public organizations including the Housing Department / Hong Kong Housing Authority.

We invite suitably qualified persons to fill the following post:  

Contract Technical Assistants ( B.S. )

Monthly salary: from HK$25,115 to HK$36,850

Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (See Note).
• Good knowledge of statutory Regulations and Code of Practices relating to Building Services trades.
• Applicant is required to attend a drawing test, experienced in AutoCAD/ Microstation drafting and preparation of building services drawings are preferred.

'Note: "Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

Place of Duty:

Work in drawing office of Housing Department / Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Job Description:

• To draft, prepare, update and check working drawings and presentation drawings by CAD.
• To carry out building services calculation and design.
• To keep and update records of record drawings.
• To prepare and update programme and database.

• To consolidate/ prepare data and documents for Property Services Contracts and etc.
  

(Remark: Relevant post qualification experience and proficient PC, skills in CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are preferable.)
