Responsible for site supervision of building services works of Home Affairs Department-led and Leisure and

Cultural Services Department-led District Minor Works, including refurbishment, construction and improvement works of sitting out area, playgrounds, walkway covers and other facilities. Multiple work

locations at Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Islands.

We are looking for someone with

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Building Services Inspector shall be as follows:

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
• 8 years’ relevant experience including 4 years’ working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector, or equivalent.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note* Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth]

Remuneration will be in accordance with the prevailing HKSAR Government's terms and conditions.

民政事務總署香港西及離島區域小型工程第六期定期顧問合約 (合約編號: 9AJ120)

負責駐地盤監督民政事務處及康樂及文化事務署轄下的地區小型工程，包括休憩處、遊樂場、行人路上蓋及其他設施的翻新、建造及改善工程，監察現場屋宇設備工程。工作地點包括香港島、九龍、新界及離島。

申請人條件

申請人須符合以下最低聘請條件：：

-              持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院/香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院頒發的屋宇裝備工程、電機工程或機械工程的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷。

-              具備8年監督屋宇裝備工程相關經驗，包括 4 年擔任助理屋宇裝備督察或同等職位的工作經驗。

-              語文能力要求具備香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(*)或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(*)]。

註(*) : 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) 考獲Ｅ級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級的成績。
