Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor (E&M Projects)

About the Role

Boldyn Networks delivers wireless network solutions for transit systems, venues, and government agencies. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations for E&M projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and manage daily site work and adjust schedules as needed
• Supervise workers and subcontractors for quality E&M installation
• Coordinate with civil/building services teams (e.g. mounting space, cable trays, power points)
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues
• Enforce safety measures and ensure work quality through inspections and defect rectification

What You’ll Bring

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years’ site supervision experience (E&M or building services preferred)

• Must hold a Construction Safety Card (Green Card);

• Additional certifications like a Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate (工地安全督導員證書) or relevant Technical Competent Person (TCP) qualification are an advantage.

• Familiar with HK construction standards, site practices & safety regulations
• Able to read technical drawings and understand E&M system details
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English
