職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint sales and marketing plans.
  • Drive channel sales growth through partner enablement, training, and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote our products/services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic cigarettes or vape market is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
