Site Supervisor (Maintenance and Fitting Out)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee project sites and ensure smooth operations. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about site supervision, we invite you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on work progress, manage workmanship on-site, and ensure project quality meets customer standards.
• Address and manage site issues, including quality, safety, logistics, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project team) and external parties (clients/workers) to facilitate site progress in line with the project schedule.
• Prepare and maintain site documents and reports.
• Handle material procurement and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely availability.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in fitting-out projects.

• Knowledge of site measurement, quantity surveying, and quality control processes.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, and knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
• Holding a Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and hardworking.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
