Sales Engineer Trainee (Export)

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with overseas market under guidance to enlarge the sales network
• Work closely with the company to reach the sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas customers by email, phone, and social media to understand customers' needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality Control, Logistics) in our factory for product development to ensure customer requirements are met
• Provide expert technical support to distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts regarding our faucet products, specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage order processing, sampling and coordinate logistics for export shipments
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and participate local and overseas trade fair

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome  to apply
• Prior internship or project experience in sales, engineering or international trade is bonuses
• Excellent command of spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office & Chinese WP
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex product details
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn about international sales
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) concepts
• Occasionally travel to China factory is needed
