To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for an aggressive and highly motivated candidate to join us for the following position:

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

·         Develop and execute the regional strategy for Projects & Heavy Lift in alignment with global business

goals.

·         Identify growth opportunities across EPCs, energy, mining, renewable, and infrastructure sectors.

·         Lead bid and tender processes, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

Business Development & Client Management

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, global key accounts, and industry stakeholders.

·         Drive customer engagement through proactive business development and solution design.

·         Negotiate major project contracts, framework agreements, and long-term partnerships.

·         Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Operational & Technical Expertise

·         Oversee planning and execution of complex and heavy lift transport operations, including

engineering, route surveys, permits, and marine coordination.

·         Ensure compliance with international standards, HSSE guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

Financial & Performance Management

·         Own the regional P&L for Projects & Heavy Lift business.

·         Set revenue, margin, and growth targets; monitor KPIs and financial performance.

Team Leadership & Development

·         Lead, coach, and inspire a multicultural team of project managers, engineers, and operations staff.

·         Ensure adequate resourcing for upcoming projects and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s preferred

- Minimum 12–15 years in freight forwarding / project logistics with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record in managing EPC, energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of heavy lift transport engineering, vessel chartering, and global compliance

standards.

- Strategic business development and P&L management; strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder

management skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
