Operation Coordinator

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking for energetic Operation Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage the full set of air freight import and export documentation, including license applications

•  Coordinate shipment arrangements with relevant parties to ensure smooth logistics operations

•  Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and basic data analysis

•  Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

•  Prior knowledge of Tradelink system is an advantage

Working Hours:

•  Five-day work week

•  On-shift duty from Monday to Saturday (Day shift: 08:00–17:00 / 09:30–18:30; Night shift: 13:00–22:00)

•  One-hour meal break per shift

•  Overtime and holiday duty may be required

Requirements:

•  HKCEE / HKDSE or above

•  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in air freight forwarding is preferred

•  Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

•  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

•  Immediate availability is highly preferred
