Shipping Operations (5 Day work)

Jinhui Holdings is a reputable listed shipping company is seeking for the right candidate for the following vacancy:

Job Requirements:

1. Degree / Higher Diploma in Shipping Management, Operation or related;
2. Minimum one year's working experience in dry bulk operation;
3. Excellent communication skills in written English and Chinese;
4. Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
5. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing;
6. Independent with pleasant manner and willing to work overtime;
7. Immediate available prefer.

Duties:

1. Liaise with Master and oversea customers;
2. Prepare documents for the processing of the shipment;
3. Assist in processing shipment data;
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Management;
5. Provide clerical support to the Management
