职位描述

Responsibilities

Customer Inquiries

  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels including inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Address issues related to customer purchases, merchandise returns, and billing inquiries.

Record Keeping

  • Document all correspondence between customers and the customer service team.
  • Perform data entry for customer information and track the nature of customer interactions, including complaints and follow-ups.

Order Management and Support

  • Assist in product and service promotion, particularly during daily operations and promotional events.
  • Ensure accurate entry of orders in the SAP system and maintain knowledge of promotional materials for new products or services.

Shipment and Logistics Coordination

    Prepare allocation lists and manage the shipment process to ensure timely dispatch of products to the appropriate departments and customers.

Handle ad hoc duties


Requirements

  • DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or a related field
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations related to consumer goods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiar with SAP will be an advantage
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediately available is preferred but not essential
