职位描述

Responsibilities:
 

  • Be responsible for general office administration duties, HR duties, Office duties and account duties
  • Liaise and follow up all aspects of accounts receivable,account payable and statement of account
  • Handle monthly reports,data input,filing and documentation.
  • Provide wide range of administration support in ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above / equivalent qualification
  • 1 year experience in account and field
  • Proficiency in English & Cantonese
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Excel
  • Willing to work overtime,under pressure,detail-oriented and meet deadlines
  • 5-days work week
  • Salary will be 15K – 17K
