IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to end users including setup and maintenance of user accounts, installation and maintenance of computer software, hardware and email, and troubleshooting of IT related problems;
• Provide day-to-day PC administration and desktop services
• Perform regular system checking and operations
• Perform administrative work, including hardware inventory, report and system document preparation
• Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment;

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or other related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT technical is highly preferred.
• Networking knowledge of WiFi, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewall & switches.
• Sound technical experiences in PC installation, configuration and administration in Window.
• Sound experience in desktop software deployment.
• Sound experience in standardizing the windows PC deployment.
• Sound experience in MS Office 365 and SharePoint management.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud is advantage.
• Experience in AD Server operation is advantage.
• Strong analyst and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude with a proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
