Senior IT Officer

Job Description

• Handle technical support cases end-to-end as first point of contact for users
• Provide help desk support to internal users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems
• Responsible for management on systems, application servers and user support to ensure availability of all business services
• Involved in the project management on software and hardware infrastructure
• Liaise with external supplies in relation to network connections, maintenance and support services
• Study and understand user’s requirements, identify and bridge gaps with stakeholders
• Assist in project implementation, including UAT and other related ad-hoc projects

 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines with at least 2 years experience in system network, server maintenance, helpdesk support and system administration
• Well versed with Window server, active directory, exchange & coremail server environment and VMware virtualization
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and network installation
• Knowledge in SQL
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skill and team player and able to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
