Qualifications & experience

Diploma or above in any disciplines At least 1 year working experience in customer services Proactive, passionate and good communication Good telephone manner and customer oriented Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & and English.

Tasks & responsibilities

• We hire Cigar Senior Sales Associate at Cigar Lounge Regent Hong Kong 18 Salisbury Road Kowloon.Working hour are 12:00P.M. – 21:00P.M. or 15:00P.M. – 12:00A.M. shifts. One day off after Every three working days.
• In addition to the duties which this job normally entails, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business.
• Handle customs enquires, discrepancies, wrong delivery, service complaints, etc.
• Monitor the payment status and shipment status and provide proactive support and updates to customers.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers

Benefits

The Employer shall pay the Employee a basic salary of HK$.22,000 at Probationary Period. Subsequent salary increases will depend on performance during the Probationary Period. The commission part is subject to confidentiality agreement: The Employer has the final right of interpretation.
