Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and perform daily accounting duties independently

Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and tax compliance
-
Manage, review and verify financial transactions/records, bank reconciliation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
-
Prepare monthly financial management reports, quarterly forecast and annual budget
-
Perform financial analysis and commentary on monthly result, forecast and budget
-
Assist financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
-
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
-
Professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA/ACCA) is an advantage
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
-
Familiarity with month-end closing procedures and internal control frameworks
-
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in MS excel and PowerPoint is required
-
Knowledge in SunSystem, Dynamics 365 & SAP is preferred
-
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
