Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

1.      Plan and execute corporate communications, PR campaigns, and branding initiatives to enhance visibility

2.      Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry stakeholders to support message delivery and brand positioning

3.      Lead the team in organizing investor briefings, press conferences, and corporate events for listed clients, ensuring timely and professional execution

4.      Coordinate with design and production teams to develop impactful marketing and communication materials

5.      Drive strategic projects, including cross-functional collaborations and new business development initiatives

6.      Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitors’ activities to generate insights and recommendations

7.      Support participation in local and international events, conferences, and exhibitions to increase exposure and networking opportunities

8.      Draft high-quality press releases, speeches, client messages, and bilingual communication materials (English and Chinese)

Requirements

1.      Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing, preferably with exposure to listed companies or financial clients

2.      Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, with a strong ability to write professional materials in English

3.      Prior experience working with listed companies, financial institutions, or multinational corporations is a strong advantage

4.      A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal and networking skills

5.      Strong organizational and project management abilities, with leadership experience preferred

6.      Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

7.      Responsible, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work with a can-do attitude
