Assistant Stage Manager / Assistant Production Manager

Duties:

• Contribute to all administration and operations tasks of the productions and event;
• Directly report to the Creative Production Manager;
• Assist the Creative Production Manager in the routine operation of stage management matters;
• Coordinate between the Artistic Team and the Technical Department from technical aspect;
• Responsible for preparation and execution of school performances, school tour, development activities;

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Theatre and Entertainment Arts or equivalent;
2. Related working experience will be an advantage.
3. Be self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure, and manage a busy workload with high productivity;
4. Proficient in computer skills including MS Office, Qlab and AutoCAD;
5. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
6. Fresh graduates are also welcome;
