採購專員 Procurement Specialist

工作職責：

• 負責所屬品類優質供應商開發，價格談判，新品上線。
• 完成初期上線SKU的商品訊息、圖片、價格錄入系統。
• 完成月度經營指標（交易額、毛利等）。
• 制定品類規劃、供應鏈建設與成本優化策略。
• 對銷售額、利潤、客戶滿意度等核心指標負責，進行數據跟蹤與複盤，推動問題解決。
• 根據市場變化調整策略，促進業務健康可持續發展。
• 與物流、品控等團隊高效協作，優化協同機制。

要求條件：

• 5年以上B端食材採購經驗尤其餐飲行業採購，有本地鮮肉，凍品，米麵油標品品類採購經驗者優先。
• 行業敏銳度高，決策能力強，具備全局視角。
• 表達溝通能力好，執行力強，積極主動，誠實守信。
• 對數據敏感，善於通過數據分析解決問題，邏輯思維清晰。
• 具備較強的商務談判、業務分析和團隊合作能力。

Responsibilities:​​

• Responsible for sourcing high-quality suppliers for assigned categories, conducting price negotiations, and launching new products.
• Complete the entry of product information, images, and prices for initial SKUs into the system.
• Achieve monthly operational targets (e.g., transaction volume, gross profit).
• Develop category strategies, supply chain construction, and cost optimization plans.
• Responsible for core metrics such as sales, profit, and customer satisfaction; conduct data tracking and review to drive issue resolution.
• Adjust strategies based on market changes to promote healthy and sustainable business development.
• Collaborate effectively with logistics, quality control, and other teams to optimize coordination mechanisms.

​​Requirements:​​

• Minimum 5 years of B2B food ingredient procurement experience, preferably in the catering industry. Procurement experience in Hong Kong for fresh meat, frozen goods, rice, flour, oil, and other standard categories is an advantage.
• High industry acumen, strong decision-making ability, and a holistic perspective.
• Excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, proactive attitude, honesty, and integrity.
• Data-sensitive, adept at using data analysis to solve problems, with clear logical thinking.
• Strong business negotiation, business analysis, and teamwork skills.
