Cortina Watch is a renowned Luxury watch company that owns a wide range of product portfolio. They own collectively one of the largest boutiques across the globe and currently has one of the best brand images within the market. In order to further expand the business, they are now looking for Sales Associate to join their ever-expanding team.

主要職務及入職要求

• 提供優質顧客服務, 銷售貨品
• 主動積極為顧客提供專業鐘錶建議
• 協助店舖日常業務處理
• 1-2年或以上奢侈品銷售工作經驗
• 良好溝通技巧, 操流利廣東話, 略懂英語及國語
• 較少的經驗將被視為銷售顧問
• 表現優秀的求職者可視作銷售主管

Responsibilities:

• Work as a brand ambassador to provide best customer service to their customer, making sure all customer/clients feels specials in all ways possible while journeying in the boutique.
• Foster and drive professional CRM standards to all customer that visits the boutique.
• Assist in store events, visual merchandising support and stock management.
• Use expert product knowledge to ensure customer/clients are helped accordingly and overall a memorable experience.

Requirements

• Secondary school graduate or above.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry.
• Welcome candidate from hospitality /retail background.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
