Senior Merchandiser

• Assist Manager for business plan and grow existing business and explore new business
• Manage daily Merchandising operation to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness with both internal and external parties in order to achieve production schedule and on-time quality delivery
• Proactively identify problems and prevent issue in advance
• Manage quotation , costing analysis and budget control
• Good Fashion senses, market trend and fabric knowledge
• Foster a healthy customer relationship and cross-functional relationship

Requirement:

• At least 8 years solid experience in Senior Merchandiser level.
• Degree Holder , preferably in Fashion and Textile
• Strong garment knowledge in cut and sewn casual & performance wear
• Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong experience in Costing and material price negotiation
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good presentation and negotiation skill
• Presentable, initiative, aggressive with good communication skills
• Good computer & presentation skills
• Good Team Spirit
• Experience in factory manufacturing is preferable
