Merchandiser, R&D Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the new products are developed according to the product specification and timeline
• Manage samples, artworks, material, strike offs and lab-dips 
• Inspect samples and make sure they are aligned with the standard & requirements before delivery
• Support cost negotiation with garment suppliers to meet company budget
• To ensure proper fitting and silhouette of the garments
• Provide support to the team including PLM system and handle ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion related disciplines
• 2-3 years of merchandising experience in the garment industry
• Passion for fashion and good technical knowledge
• A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
