Application Support Specialist - IT Support

Job Description

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for assigned application systems.
• Investigate and resolve application problems, handling ad-hoc service requests.
• Manage system routine upgrades and monitoring
• Provide Helpdesk support by addressing requests from the ticketing system and user enquiry, logging, tracking and close issues.
• Diagnose and resolve user reported issues related to application and hardware.
• Enhance system support documents & knowledgebase
• Prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with the planned schedule and quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in hospital’s IT solution is an absolute advantage
• Knowledge of Docker and Oracle DB is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Application Specialist
