About the role
Sinocorp Development Limited is seeking an Accounting and Administration Assistant to join our team in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. This is a full-time role that will provide critical support across the company's accounting and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
What we're looking for
- F.5 Standard, LCC Intermediate Level minimum
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administration role
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices in Hong Kong
