Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Develop and executive approved business plans and brand strategies, with the aim to achieve revenue targets via quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts
- Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Sourcing Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement sourcing plans for Lifestyle Products.
- Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and timelines.
3. Sales Management
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance sales performance.
- Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximise brand awareness and foster market development
- Establish and manage an efficient operation team and standardized operation to achieve overall KPIs & business targets
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, operation, quality, and technology, to deliver excellent service and support to clients.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive brand image.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services in the market.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help shape service offerings and marketing campaigns.

6. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a small sales team to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure campaign performance and deliverables.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years experience in client/business development, digital content platform, client side / client servicing will be an advantage.
- Result driven and proven track record
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Familiar with providing strategic planning, and able to lead the team to deliver competitive offerings and good performance
- Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with a broad variety of clients.
- A strong sense of responsibility, can do attitude & ownership is required
- Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
