Marketing Executive

Job Description
 

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels (Linked-in, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Assist in executing digital campaigns (Meta, Linked-in ads, email marketing)

• Customer journey development including retargeting, nurture and lead scoring

• Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

• Produce and edit graphics for social media posts and campaigns, as needed

• Plan and execute marketing events, client meetups, roadshows, and webinars

• Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROl and KPis)

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and/or other requirements

   

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed; candidates with relevant portfolio is a plus

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience

• Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese and English

• Requires a strong understanding of social media content creation

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Linked-in Ads, and Email Marketing principles and practices

• Experience using design tools such as Canva are required, with the ability to use Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) considered an added advantage

• Familiarity with event planning and execution is preferred

• Familiar with the Hong Kong business environment and statutory terms (e.g., MPF, IRD, etc.) is a plus

• Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions

• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision once provided with sufficient guidance to understand expectations and timelines
