Supervisor (Administrative Services)

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; higher academic degree is desirable, preferably diploma / certificate in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience is a must
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service attitude in handling external and internal customers』 relations matters and complaints and take appropriate actions
• Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant and outgoing personality in coordinating with maintenance, security, cleaning and other services contractors with multi-tasking approach
• Good analytical skills to monitor and lead property operations and management, demonstrating by effective leadership, self-initiation, ability to work under pressure and timely report to Line Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
