Job Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external documents including sorting and distribution
- Handle incoming mails, courier packages, filing, delivery and mail services
- Outdoor works required such as delivering and collecting documents to/from banks, post offices, courts, etc.
- Assist in general office work and administrative duties as assigned
Carry out assignments as directed by supervisors
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in law firm
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Knowledge of basic PC skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Fluent Cantonese; ability to communicate in simple English and Mandarin is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, diligent, flexible, responsible, and with a positive work attitude
工作職責:
- 處理內部及對外文件交收、分類及分發
- 處理郵件和快遞包裹,包括:收發、存檔、派送及郵寄服務
- 需外勤工作,如前往銀行、郵局、法院等遞送及收取文件
- 協助處理一般辦公室日常支援工作
執行上級所指派的工作
入職要求:
- 具3年或以上相關工作經驗,如有律師行相關工作經驗優先考慮
- 中學程度,或具同等學歷
- 懂基本電腦操作和MS Word 及 Excel 的文書處理軟件
- 操流利粵語,簡單普通話和英語對答書寫
- 良好溝通能力、守時、勤奮盡責、有責任感、態度誠懇有禮
